Section 13:24-6.1 - Permit eligibility

Vehicles owned or leased by licensed private detective businesses under contractual agreement to provide community security services in planned developments as defined in 40:55D-1 et seq. are eligible for special amber identification light permits in accordance with the procedures set forth in this subchapter to enable them to be equipped with and display such a light.
