Section 13:24-5.6 - Revocation of identification card (permit)

The Chief Administrator may in his or her discretion revoke any identification card (permit) issued pursuant to this subchapter at any time for noncompliance with the terms of the permit or the conditions of its issuance or for any other reasonable grounds. A permit holder may object to cancellation or revocation by requesting a hearing. A request for a hearing shall be in writing and shall be received by the Chief Administrator within 25 days of the date of the notice of cancellation or revocation. A request for a hearing shall indicate all the reasons for the permit holder's objection to cancellation or revocation. The Chief Administrator shall determine whether to grant a hearing in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq.
