Section 13:24-4.6 - Surrender of permit

Termination of the type of employment or service for which the permit was issued, or the sale, transfer, disposal or termination of lease of the vehicle for which the permit was issued, automatically and immediately cancels the permit and invalidates the authority for such a light, and the permit shall be surrendered to the Commission by the permit holder within 10 days of the cause of cancellation.
