Section 13:24-2.6 - Possession and exhibition of permit

A permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be in the possession of the operator at all times when the red emergency lights and sirens are displayed on the vehicle, and shall be exhibited upon the request of any law enforcement official or authorized representative of the Commission.
