Section 13:23-2.9 - Change of business location or name

(a) A driving school shall not change its principal place of business or branch office or business name without the prior approval of the Chief Administrator.

(b) Any renewal application which reflects a change of business address shall include proof of compliance with all State and local zoning ordinances, building codes, fire codes, health codes and any other applicable ordinances and codes as set forth in 13:23-2.2(e)4.
