Section 13:21-23.25 - Driver rehabilitation program
(a) For purposes of this subchapter, a driver rehabilitation program shall consist of:
1. A driver improvement course, or a program in another state or jurisdiction which the Chief Administrator determines is substantially similar; and
2. If the applicant has ever been convicted of a violation of section 5 or 16 of the New Jersey Commercial Driver License Act or 39:4-50 or 39:4-50.2 or similar laws of this or any other state or jurisdiction, he or she must show that he or she has satisfied the educational and rehabilitation requirements set forth in 39:4-50 or the similar program requirements of another state or jurisdiction that the Chief Administrator or the Division of Alcoholism, as the case may be, has determined satisfy those requirements.
(b) The fee for the Driver Improvement Course shall be the fee set forth in 13:20-17.3.
