The purple heart emblem to be affixed to a purple heart license plate as set forth in 13:20-42.1 shall be of a design similar to that set forth in 32 CFR § 578.14(b), and shall be no larger in size than the replica of the purple heart which is already embossed on the purple heart license plate.
