Section 13:20-41.1 - Use

A person who has been issued Silver Star license plates in accordance with 39:3-27.4 5 may, pursuant to P.L. 1999, c. 127 and this subchapter, affix a Silver Star insignia to such license plates. Such an insignia may only be affixed to New Jersey Silver Star license plates.
