Section 13:20-4.4 - Prohibitory muffler devices

Pursuant to the provisions of 39:3-43, the use upon any motor vehicle of a straight exhaust pipe, or a muffler or mufflers lacking interior baffle plates or other effective muffling devices is expressly prohibited.
