Section 13:20-32.22 - On-board diagnostics inspection equipment maintenance; official inspection facilities

OBD inspection equipment shall be maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements and the general instructions for all tests adopted by the Department of Environmental Protection at 7:27B-4.2(b) and 5.2.
