Section 13:20-29.3 - Penalty

Motor vehicles inspected pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:8-2g, this subchapter, and 13:20-43.14 which are found to be defective and which have not been presented for reinspection in accordance with 13:20-29.2(b) shall be subject to the penalties provided in 39:8-1 et seq. and 13:20-43.16(b).
