Section 13:20-2.6 - Registration fee
(a) Each initial application for a sun-screening material installation facility registration shall be accompanied by a registration fee of $150.00 payable to the Motor Vehicle Commission.
(b) Each renewal application for a sun-screening material installation facility registration shall be accompanied by a registration fee of $100.00 payable to the Motor Vehicle Commission.
(c) A registration fee shall be returned to an applicant only in the event that the Chief Administrator refuses to issue or renew a sun-screening material installation facility registration. Such registration fee, or any portion thereof, shall not be refunded to a registrant in the event that the sun-screening material installation facility registration is suspended or revoked pursuant to 39:3-75.1 et seq. or this subchapter, or if a registrant voluntarily surrenders the registration at any time during the registration period.
