Section 13:20-18.27 - Written notice of suspension or revocation or refusal to grant or renew provider or instructor license

The Chief Administrator shall notify the applicant or licensee, in writing, of any proposed denial, refusal to renew, suspension, or revocation of the license and the grounds thereof. Written notice shall be mailed to the place of business on record with the Commission. Unless the applicant or licensee files with the Chief Administrator a written request for a hearing in accordance with 13:20-18.28, the license shall be suspended or revoked on the date specified in such notice.
