The rules contained in this subchapter implement the provisions of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission's Probationary Driver Program under 39:3-13.4 and the Driver Improvement Program under 39:5-30.2, including the requirements and procedures for the approval of providers and instructors, and the administration of remedial driver education courses.
