Section 13:2-43.7 - Effect of the filing of a Verified Petition

The filing of a Verified Petition for relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.3 9 for a particular license term(s) does not eliminate the requirement that the licensee continue to apply for renewal of the license for subsequent license terms by June 30 of each year and file additional Verified Petitions for relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.3 9, if necessary, while the initial Verified Petition is pending.
