Section 13:2-34.4 - Tasting and sale for off-premises consumption(a) A restricted brewery licensee may offer, without charge, no more than five ounces of the brewed malt alcoholic beverage for consumption on the licensed premises as a sampling of the brewed product. This sampling shall not be offered to the same customer more than once, for each malt beverage brewed on the premises, during the hours of sale on any day.(b) In addition to the sale of brewed malt alcoholic beverage for on premises consumption, sales for off premises consumption may be conducted on the retail licensed premises.(c) The containers in which the malt alcoholic beverage are sold for off-premises consumption shall be sealed refillable containers having labeling approved by the Division. The containers may be returned to the restricted brewery and at the time of refill shall be sealed by the licensee.(d) Display and sale of the malt alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption on the restaurant licensed premises shall comply with all pertinent provisions of N.J.A.C. 13:2-35.N.J. Admin. Code § 13:2-34.4
