Section 13:2-16.13 - Search of permittee's vehicle

By the acceptance of a solicitor's permit, the permittee consents to inspection and search of any vehicle owned or being driven by him, without search warrant, by the Director, his or her deputies, inspectors and investigators and by any officer as defined by 33:1-1(p).
