Section 13:2-14.12 - Prohibited conduct of permittee

No permittee shall engage in any conduct which is prohibited to his employer by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, 33:1-1 et seq. or any regulation adopted thereunder, or by any valid municipal ordinance or regulation pertaining to employment upon licensed premises.
