Section 13:1D-1.1 - Scope

This chapter shall apply to petitions submitted pursuant to 52:14B-4(f) to adopt a new rule, or amend or repeal any existing rule authorized by the Attorney General or by any agency within the Department of Law and Public Safety that is subject to the supervision of the Attorney General, except those agencies that have adopted their own rules on petitions for rulemaking.
