Section 13:1A-5.4 - Review of Committee's report and recommendations

At its next regular meeting following receipt of the Committee's report, the Commission shall move to accept, reject or modify the Committee's report and recommendations. The Commission shall also order the appropriate disbursement of monies from the Fund.
