At least once each calendar year, the Commission shall decide whether to disburse monies from the Fund. The Commission may choose to forego disbursing monies from the Fund if the Commission determines that the Fund has not accumulated a sufficient amount of money to trigger the disbursement process. If the Commission decides to make disbursements from the Fund, each Commission-approved school may be eligible to receive an allocation of monies. In addition, the Commission will provide each school director with the appropriate application forms for an award. If the Commission decides not to disburse monies from the Fund, the Commission's decision shall be announced at a regular meeting of the Commission.
