Section 13:13-4.7 - Retaliation or coercion(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to discriminate against any individual because that individual has opposed any act or practice prohibited by the LAD or because that individual filed a complaint, testified, assisted, or participated in any investigation or proceeding under the LAD.(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any person in the exercise or enjoyment of, or on account of that person having exercised or enjoyed, or on account of that person having aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or enjoyment of any right granted or protected by the LAD.N.J.
