Section 13:103-7.38 - Control of publications

(a) Publications that are withheld or removed from a juvenile may be disposed of in a manner determined by the juvenile and at his or her expense.

(b) If the publication is withheld pursuant to 13:103-7.37(a)4, it shall be turned over to the Office of Investigations for further action.
