Section 13:103-12.10 - Introduction of contraband into a community program and removal of contraband from a community program by the mail

(a) Incoming correspondence and publications shall always be inspected for contraband. Any discovery of contraband in correspondence or publications shall be handled in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:103-7.

(b) Unauthorized money or currency found in correspondence or publications shall be handled in accordance with 13:103-12.6.
