Section 12:51-7.2 - Approval process

In order to vend a skill training program by a community-based organization, it is necessary to acquire approval from the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development. In those instances where some other Department has approval authority, the appropriate approval from that Department shall be secured.
