Section 12:190-1.7 - Existing installations

(a) Installations that were in accordance with the applicable chapters on explosives of Title 12, N.J.A.C. prior to the effective date of this chapter may be continued in service if found by the appropriate officials of the Division of Public Safety and Occupational Safety and Health to be in a safe condition.

(b) The maintenance of existing installations shall be in accordance with this chapter and any replacements thereof shall be in conformity with this chapter.
