Section 12:185-31.1 - General provisions
(a) This Subchapter for the control of dust shall apply to all operations done in connection with the pit and quarry industry.
(b) All pit and quarry operations shall be so conducted that there shall be no exposure to atmospheric dust concentrations in excess of those concentrations limited by (c) below.
(c) The maximum allowable atmospheric dust concentration, expressed as the total number of particles of dust per cubic foot of air, shall not exceed the values given in the following table:
