Section 11:20-6.1 - Purpose and scope

The purpose of this subchapter is to establish informational rate filing requirements and procedures for members issuing or renewing individual health benefits plans pursuant to section 3 of the Act (17B:27A-4 ) as well as the basic and essential health care services plan pursuant to P.L. 2001, c. 368.
