Section 11:13-4.2 - Reporting requirements

The Commissioner may require the filing of such additional reports, including expense statistics with respect to special risks written by insurers, as he deems necessary to implement the provisions of the Commercial Insurance Deregulation Act of 1982 and this chapter.
