Section 10A:9-9.3 - C-4 decision making criteria(a) Decisions regarding the assignment to a correctional facility or a residential community program and the recommendation of a custody status when an inmate has been returned from a residential community program shall be based upon: 1. The length of the sentence;2. The type of the sentence;3. The age of the inmate;4. The previous criminal and/or correctional facility history of the inmate;5. A review of the pre-sentence investigation report;6. The objective classification score;7. The security level that corresponds with the custody status score of the inmate;8. The housing security level designation assigned to each correctional facility;9. Current psychological, psychiatric and/or assessment center evaluations;10. Disciplinary reports;11. Other professional and/or administrative reports; and12. Eligibility for a residential community program.N.J. Admin. Code § 10A:9-9.3
