Section 10A:9-8.7 - Decisions of the S.C.R.B.; non in-person review

(a) Each S.C.R.B. member in attendance at the review shall sign written documentation indicating the date of the review and the decision of the S.C.R.B.

(b) Within 10 business days after each non in-person review, the S.C.R.B. shall provide the inmate with a copy of its written decision. The written decision shall be signed by the Chairperson or designee.
