Section 10A:9-3.9 - Educational assignments

(a) Determining factors in referring an inmate to an educational program may include, but are not limited to:

1. Recommendation of the Supervisor of Educational Programs;

2. Test results;

3. Interest and aptitude of the inmate;

4. Sentence length; and/or

5. Community employment plan.
