Section 10A:71-8.5 - Notification
(a) The Board shall provide written notice to the applicant of its decision within 30 days of the date of the decision.
(b) The original copy of the Certificate of Good Conduct, if granted, shall be maintained by the Board.
(c) A copy of the Certificate of Good Conduct, if granted, shall be filed with the Secretary of State.
(d) A copy of the Certificate of Good Conduct, if granted, shall be provided to the applicant.
(e) The Certificate of Good Conduct provided to the applicant shall include a statement that the document is a copy and that a licensing authority should confirm with the Board that the certificate remains valid.
(f) If the Board should revoke a Certificate of Good Conduct pursuant to 10A:71-8.6, the Board shall provide written notice to the person who is the subject of the certificate, the Secretary of State, and the licensing authority within 15 days of the date of decision.
