Section 10A:31-25.15 - Notification to local municipal police departments and/or law enforcement agencies

(a)30:4-91.3 requires that the local municipal police departments be notified by the adult county correctional facility Administrator or designee when the county intends to place an inmate in the respective municipality for the purpose of a visit, study, work or residence.

(b) The local municipal police departments and/or the law enforcement agency responsible for that jurisdiction shall be notified in writing whenever an inmate is being considered for placement into the work release, vocational training release or family care release phase of the Work Release Program.
