Section 10A:24-2.7 - Psychoeducational program and education and support programs

An inmate who does not meet the eligibility criteria of a SUD treatment program or residential community release may be referred and assigned to an Alternative Substance Use Disorder program, such as the Living In Balance program, an education program, or a support program. Placement shall be based upon availability and capacity.
