Section 10A:24-1.1 - Purpose

The purpose of this chapter is to set forth policies and high level guidelines or a framework for the administration of correctional facility/unit substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs, including eligibility criteria for placement and treatment; education and support programs; guidance for treatment; and a continuum of care.
