Section 10A:17-1.1 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of this chapter is to establish policies and procedures for:

1. Volunteer service programs;

2. Social work and services;

3. Transitional Services;

4. Religion;

5. Correctional facility/unit chaplaincy services and the Religious Issues Committee;

6. Inmate marriage and civil union; and

7. Recreation and leisure time activities.
