Section 10A:13-3.1 - Inmate job assignments and compensation

(a) All inmates shall be assigned to a job appropriate to their needs and consistent with their health, strength and mental capacity.

(b) Inmates are expected to report to their job and perform the assigned duties adequately in order to receive compensation in the form of wages and/or work time credits in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
