Section 10:49-16.3 - Implementation of projects

The Medicaid Agent may implement projects directly or through contractual arrangements with any legal entity, including, but not limited to, corporations organized pursuant to Title 14A, New Jersey statutes (14A:1-1 et seq.) and Title 15 revised statutes (R.S. 15:1-1 et seq.), as well as boards, groups, agencies, persons and other public or private entities.
