Section 10:46A-2.2 - Who may apply for family support services

(a) Requests for family support services may be made by:

1. A competent adult on his or her own behalf;

2. An uncompensated caregiver;

3. A parent, family member or a legal guardian of an incompetent adult; or

4. The parents or legal guardian of a minor.
