Section 10:44C-5.4 - Telephone numbers

(a) The following emergency numbers shall be easily accessed and located by each telephone:

1. 9-1-1; and

2. The telephone number to contact the licensee's staff in the event of an emergency.

(b) The following telephone numbers for reporting unusual incidents or for filing complaints shall be easily accessed and available to all persons in the residence:

1. The Department's Central Office Critical Incident Management Unit (609) 777-2851;

2. If a minor is living in the residence, the telephone number for the Department of Children and Families State Central Registry at 1-877-NJ-ABUSE (1-877-652-2873);

3. If a person served 60 years of age or older is living in the residence, the telephone number for the Office of the Ombudsman for the Institutionalized Elderly (1-877-582-6995); and

4. Office of Investigations (609-984-9663).
