Section 10:37-8.3 - Program priorities

(a) Priority will be given to facilities which provide the following services:

1. Screening/crisis intervention;

2. Residential care;

3. Community psychiatric inpatient; and

4. Outpatient and other services that meet critical needs identified in State, regional and county plans.
