Section 10:164B-8.1 - Appeals process

(a) An applicant who is denied participation in the program because he or she does not qualify as an eligible person has the right to request a hearing pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules, N.J.A.C. 1:1, within 30 days of receipt of the written determination.

(b) Appeals shall be directed to:
