Section We 602.11 - Well Location: Underground Storage TanksPursuant to Env-Or 407.06(e), on lots with underground storage tanks the following setbacks shall apply:
(a) All gasoline underground storage tank systems shall be located at least 500 feet from a public water supply well and at least 250 feet from a non-public water supply well; and(b) All regulated substances except gasoline underground storage tank systems shall be located at least 400 feet from a public water supply well and at least 75 feet from a non-public water supply well.N.H.
