Section We 601.02 - Applicability(a) We 600 shall apply to all construction, maintenance, and repair of wells, and sealing of abandoned wells.(b) With the exception of We 602.33, We 603.01(e), and We 604.02(b), observation wells constructed for investigating groundwater shall be exempt from the provisions of We 602, We 603 and We 604.N.H.
