Section We 402.03 - Requirements(a) A licensed pump installer shall complete a minimum of 2 hours of continuing education annually.(b) Compliance with this part by the qualified individual for a business licensee shall satisfy the requirements of this part for the business licensee.(c) A licensed pump installer applying for renewal less than one year after the initial license was issued shall not be required to comply with this section.N.H.
