Section We 206.27 - Hearing Record(a) The record of the hearing shall include:(1) Notice(s) of the hearing;(2) The tape recording of the hearing;(3) All exhibits, motions, requests for findings and conclusions, and other written materials submitted by the parties;(4) Any other item(s) specified by RSA 541-A:31,VI, that are applicable in the proceeding; and(5) The transcript provided by a certified shorthand court reporter if the board or department has provided one, pursuant to RSA 541-A:31, VII-a.(b) All testimony shall be recorded.
