Section We 206.10 - Extensions of Time(a) Any party to a proceeding before the board may petition the board to extend any time limit established by these rules for good cause. A request for an extension shall be submitted in writing to the board prior to the expiration of the prescribed period and shall state the reason(s) for the extension request. A copy of any such request shall also be delivered in hand or by first class mail to all other parties of record.(b) Any other party may object to the request for extension by filing a written objection with the board within 10 days of the request, stating the reasons why the request should not be granted.(c) If the board determines that good cause exists to grant the request and that the delay would not unreasonably prejudice the interests of any other party or the board, the board shall grant the extension. Good cause shall include such contingencies as an accident, sudden illness, death of a family member, or other circumstance beyond the control of the party which prevents the party from meeting the time limit.N.H.
