Section We 206.08 - Scheduling and Notice of Hearing(a) The date of the appeal hearing shall be scheduled no later than 90 days following receipt by the board of a notice of appeal that complies with We 206.03(b).(b) Once a hearing date has been set, the board shall send written notice by certified mail or personal service, in accordance with We 202.04(b), of the hearing to the appellant, the department, and to all other parties to the proceeding.(c) The notice of hearing shall contain the information required by RSA 541-A:31, III, namely: (1) A statement of the time, place and nature of the hearing;(2) A statement of the legal authority under which the hearing is to be held;(3) A reference to the particular statutes and rules involved;(4) A short and plain statement of the issues involved;(5) A statement that each party has the right to have an attorney present to represent the party at the party's expense; and(6) A statement that each party has the right to have the department or the board provide a certified shorthand court reporter at the party's expense and that any such request be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the proceeding.N.H.
