Section We 1002.02 - Contents of the Registry(a) The registry shall contain the following information:(1) The date the board received the complaint;(2) The name of the water well contractor or pump installer;(3) The name of the person(s) filing the complaint;(4) A brief and concise description of the subject of the complaint;(5) Any formal actions taken by the department or the board in response to the complaint; and(6) The date on which the board heard the complaint, if heard by the board.(b) Complaints that have been dismissed by the board for lack of credible supporting information shall not become part of the registry.(c) Complaints that have been withdrawn by the person filing the complaint shall not become part of the registry.N.H.
